The personal data you provide will be used for the purpose of deciding on the creation of an employment relationship in accordance with Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR i. V. m. § 26 Abs. 1 Federal Data Protection Act collected, processed and used. The provision of your personal data is necessary for the processing of the application process and for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. In the case of non-provision, we are unfortunately unable to consider you in the selection of the vacancy. An automated decision-making is not made.
A transfer of your personal data to external third parties is generally not. If operationally necessary, external service providers are included as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR) in compliance with data protection regulations.
To assess your documents, they are forwarded to the responsible contact person of the respective department for which the application is intended.
A transfer to a third country or an international organization of the personal data you provide does not take place and is not planned.
Your application documents will be stored with us for the duration of the application process and also kept for 3 months in order to be able to answer any questions you may have. After this time the documents will be deleted. In the case of documents sent by post, these will be returned or destroyed after the 3 months have elapsed.
Only after your express written consent, we save your data until further notice, in order to be able to contact you in the future for interesting job offers within our company.
According to Art. 15 GDPR, you are entitled to information about the processing of your personal data. In addition, you are free to assert your rights to rectification, deletion or, if the deletion is not possible, to restriction of processing and to data portability in accordance with Articles 16-18, 20 GDPR. Should you wish to avail yourself of this right, please contact our data protection officer.
Furthermore, you have the right to complain at any time to the competent supervisory authority. If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the data protection laws, we would kindly ask you to contact our data protection officer.
Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 13 para. 2 lit. b) GDPR the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
