From Bingo Bongo to Book Club - Learning, Developing, Testing with Fun
Sometimes fresh ideas are needed to break through the daily project routine. You can orient yourself to contexts that have nothing to do with software development at first. Playful approaches increase motivation, shared experiences such as a book club for further education increase team cohesion. We present some ideas and give the teams good arguments why fun in the project also pays off for the project management and the organisation.

Prerequisites: Project experience, basic knowledge of agile methods.
