Gamification: From Bingo Bongo to Book Club - Learning, Developing, Testing with Fun
When the daily grind takes over the project, unpopular tasks are left undone and the team's development suffers, fresh ideas are needed. Why not try out some gamification techniques? Or start a book club to tackle the long-planned but repeatedly postponed training on your own? But how do you manage to generate new ideas from within the team and to carry such ideas into the team?
The lecture shows ways to do this and suggests techniques that can lighten up everyday life. Because fun in the project, used in a targeted way, not only strengthens team cohesion, but also brings the team forward on other levels - professionally, personally, creatively. This increases employee satisfaction, identification with project goals and ultimately employee loyalty.
