Gamified approaches in software development help to improve product and process quality. In the first two parts of our series, we showed how to detect bugs and improve processes. In this last part, we take a look at risk management.
Being able to correctly assess and evaluate project risks is an essential task in software projects. Risk management is used for project control, determines actions of project members and is the basis for risk-based testing. How easy it is to forget important risks because they are not obvious!
There are enough examples, from errors in the software itself to not taking human actions into account.
