Playful approaches in software development help to improve product and process quality. In the first two parts of our series, we showed how bugs can be uncovered and processes improved. In this final part, we take a look at risk management.
Being able to correctly assess and evaluate project risks is an essential task in software projects. Risk management is used for project control, determines the actions of project members and is the basis for risk-based testing. How easy it is to forget important risks because they are not obvious!
There are plenty of examples, from errors in the software itself to failure to take human behaviour into account.
