KEYNOTE: Clear and unambiguous: This is how a network organisation works!
How does collaboration work in a network organisation? How does leadership work? How does value creation work? How does career & further development work? How does salary work? How does sales work? How do holidays work?
Using the concrete example of HEC GmbH, an organisation with almost 200 people, several business areas and different solutions, I show that the NWO is not a utopia, but that it really exists and works. I not only answer the above questions, but many more and give deep impulses to try out and think about.
