WPS Retreat 2025

From 19 to 21 September 2025, the WPS Retreat Days took place at the Maritim Seehotel in Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea. This annual internal event brings all employees together to take time for dialogue, collaboration and shared inspiration.

At the WPS retreat days, we look beyond everyday life. To get to know each other as people, to learn from each other - and to actively shape our future together.

Time for each other. Space for new things.

Our place for exchange, innovation and cohesion

Our marketplace was once again a special highlight: all projects and departments from the back office gave exciting insights into their work. This made it clear how diverse our topics are and how interconnected everything is. Everyone was able to discover what motivates our colleagues and which ideas are currently taking shape.

Things then became even more intense in the open spaces: spontaneous suggestions and ideas gave rise to small working groups in which discussions, ideas and designs were developed with a great deal of energy. In the end, concrete measures were developed that will help us to further develop WPS as a company and in its customer relationships - open, modern and jointly supported.

Of course, there was also plenty of team spirit: the evening event at the Flamingo Hotel'sSix Zero restaurant provided the perfect setting to celebrate, laugh and strengthen the community in a relaxed atmosphere.

The WPS Retreat 2025 showed us once again how much is created when we come together: Trust, new ideas, courage for change - and the certainty that we can overcome any challenge as a team.
