Get fit for today's challenges in project management. We help you to combine agile approaches with classic project management PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA/GPM (=hybrid project management). A very important aspect is the Agile Manifesto to support the necessary cultural change (mindset).

As a case study, we have a successfully implemented project for you, on which we can explain and discuss concrete approaches. Another focus is the interaction of the project manager with the product owner. Using practical exercises, we will explore typical activities from describing the project vision to requirements management to the initial backlog with user stories. In this way, we develop a better understanding of the project together.

Likewise, the agile approaches with the typical knowledge areas in project management such as quality, testing, risks, team, planning and estimating of all kinds up to "Agile and fixed price constellation" will be looked at concretely.
