SCRUM Product Owner

SCRUM provides a good framework for agile product development. The tools of the certified product owner support you in the task of continuously increasing the value of your software and ensuring that your stakeholders are well integrated. In our three-day workshop, our experienced coaches will not only prepare you for the optional external certification according to Scrum.org, but you will also learn and internalise proven approaches and the agile mindset from practical experience.

Thanks to a high proportion of practical exercises - including domain storytelling and example mapping - and the presentation of real projects, you will experience the new material in a tangible and practical way. We will bring along a successful project as a case study so that we can explain and discuss specific approaches. At the end of the course, you will have all the basics you need to successfully optimise the value of your product.

Following the two-and-a-half-day training course, you will receive two personalised coaching sessions in which we will focus on your individual challenges.
