Get started: With our training you take the first steps towards agility and get all the basics to become a Scrum Master. We support you on your way to becoming an agile coach and help you to successfully use SCRUM and established practices from the agile environment.
Through a high proportion of practical exercises and the presentation of real projects, you will experience the new material in a handy and practical way. As a case study, we will bring along a successful project for you to explain and discuss concrete approaches.
Following the three-day training, you will receive two personal coaching sessions in which we will focus on your individual challenges.
