SCRUM sets a good framework for agile product development. In our three-day workshop, our experienced coaches not only prepare you for the optional external certification according to Scrum.org, but you also learn and internalise proven approaches and the agile mindset from practice.

Through a high proportion of practical exercises and the presentation of real projects, you will experience the new subject matter in a practical way. As a case study, we bring along a successful project for you to explain and discuss concrete approaches. After completing the course, you will have all the basics to successfully optimise the value of your product.

Following the three-day training, you will receive two personal coaching sessions in which we focus on your individual challenges.
