Alexander Friedrich

Alexander has been working as an AI Engineer at WPS since March 2025. He is particularly interested in projects in the field of machine learning and the integration of intelligent AI systems. At the same time, he enjoys exploring new subject areas and engaging with the latest technological innovations.

His professional focus is on the identification and strategic implementation of promising AI use cases as well as the conscious, targeted use of artificial intelligence in its many forms. He is intensively involved with current developments in the field of large language models - in particular with foundation models and their customised application in projects. To this end, he uses methods such as retrieval augmented generation, targeted prompt and context engineering, MCP and fine-tuning to realise powerful and practice-oriented solutions.
