Jörn Koch

Jörn supports companies and teams in successfully implementing complex, ambitious projects in an agile manner and according to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and adapting IT processes accordingly.

He specialises in transformation projects, cross-team agile approaches and the design of architectures according to DDD. Jörn shares his experience in articles and presentations, particularly on methods of self-organisation in IT projects and software modelling.
