Kirstin Weber studied dual business administration in Düsseldorf and worked in the HR department of an international recruitment agency during the practical phases.

At WPS, she is responsible for all personnel matters: Starting with applicant management, organising internal events (retreats, Family and Friends, etc.) and personnel marketing.
